[주요업무] 헬스케어사업본부 사업개발 총괄 - Expand Healthcare service business with new Pharmaceutical/medical device/diagnostics/animal health/consumer health clients on a regional/local level - Develop new service offerings for Retail/Wholesale business with marketing expertise for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and derive its business implementation in Korea& to assist other Asian markets. - Achieve agreed gross margin targets for new business development in the direct distribution and sales for pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer health, hospital supplies related product category. - Identify attractive new business sectors within the above mentioned market and develop a strategy to gain penetration of these segments. - Key account management of existing principals and clients with the view of expanding reach and services. - Identify potential new principals and clients in those segments and propose the company’s distribution services to them. - Identify new business models and appropriate new services that will fit the needs of existing and new principals. - Implement with country management and principal management new processes and systems eg. Demand creation activity including sales&marketing and consignment inventory management systems [자격요건] - 외국계 제약 or 의료기기 Sales & MKT 전문가 - Bachelor's Degree - Work Experience with both MNC Pharmaceutical & Medical Device company Sales and Marketing leadership role and P+L responsibility (High level of commercial experience) - Experience in the healthcare service or distribution industry preferred.
